Returns Policy

At 6one, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality clothing and exceptional customer service. We understand that occasionally, a purchase may not meet your expectations. Therefore, we have established the following Returns Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience:

1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 6.oneuk@gmail.com to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your request. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an RA number along with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item(s) received were incorrect, damaged, or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s). Please ensure that the RA number is clearly marked on the package to expedite the return process.

4. Processing Time and Refunds: Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item(s).
